A drag-able column 2D chart is similar to the column 2D chart, with an additional feature that allows the data plots to be visually manipulated by dragging them. The chart is rendered with vertical rectangular bars. The columns can be dragged to visually edit the data values, which can then be processed further by sending them back to the server or to JavaScript functions present on the same page. This chart can be used for simulations, for estimations, and so on.

Best Practices for Editable Column Charts :

• Use consistent colors. Select accent colors to highlight meaningful changes.
• Use horizontal labels to improve readability.
• Start the y-axis at 0 to accurately reflect the proportionate difference in data.
• The space between bars should be roughly half the width of bar.
